What's included in the rent?
Most units include Wi-Fi, water, and onsite laundry facilities. All-inclusive bundles wrap electricity and gas into one flat monthly payment. Ask the leasing team for the unit-specific breakdown when you book a tour.
How long are the leases?
Standard 12-month leases starting August or September. We also offer 9-month academic-year leases at select properties and short-term summer subleases when available.
Is a co-signer required?
Most student applicants will need a co-signer (typically a parent or guardian) since students often don't have a traditional income history. The application process is straightforward — we send the co-signer paperwork digitally.
Do you allow pets?
Pet policy varies by building. Cats and small dogs are welcome at most properties with a pet deposit. Ask the leasing team about your specific unit.
Can I tour virtually?
Yes — we offer live video walkthroughs and pre-recorded tour videos for every available unit. Especially useful for out-of-state students.
