Zahlco is a residential property management company that manages student and pre-professional housing in Baltimore, Maryland. Our properties are located near the University of Maryland Baltimore, Johns Hopkins University, MICA, Towson University, Morgan State University, Loyola University Maryland, and the University of Baltimore.
When this policy says "Zahlco," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Zahlco and its affiliated property management entities. When it says "you" or "your," it refers to any visitor to our website or any person who submits a tour request or leasing inquiry.

Phone and text message communications
By submitting our tour request form and providing your phone number, you agree to be contacted by our leasing team by phone and/or text message about your housing inquiry, available units, tour scheduling, and related leasing information.
Opting out of text messages

After you opt out, we will send one confirmation text and will not send further messages unless you contact us again.
Opting out of marketing emails
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to remove your address from marketing communications. You may still receive transactional emails related to an active leasing inquiry or application.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

Children's privacy
